Free Conversion Chart Widget
Add a density-accurate cups-to-grams table to any recipe post with one line of HTML. It covers 400 ingredients, needs no JavaScript on your site, and updates itself — your readers always see current cup weights.
The twelve most-searched ingredients are listed first; the rest of the database follows.
One line of HTML. No JavaScript, no account.
Why a density-aware chart
A cup of flour weighs 125g and a cup of sugar weighs 200g, so a generic conversion table quietly breaks recipes. This widget reads its weights from the same reviewed database that powers the ingredient reference, and each chart states the exact grams-per-cup figure it uses.
If you would rather publish a static table, every ingredient guide has one you can copy — start with how many grams are in a cup.
Widget questions
Is the chart widget free?
Yes. The chart is free for any recipe post, newsletter, or course page. All we ask is that the attribution link at the bottom stays in place.
Does it work in WordPress?
Yes. Paste the snippet into a Custom HTML block (Gutenberg) or a code/embed block in any page builder. It works the same way in Ghost, Squarespace, Wix, and Blogger.
Do I need to update the chart when an ingredient changes?
No. The chart loads from gramstocups.io, so corrections to a cup weight update every embedded chart automatically.
