Cancel, restore or check Plus, find where you paid, and manage your recipes and account. Still stuck? Email support@gramstocups.io.
Cancel Plus
Cancel where you subscribed. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to Free; nothing you saved is deleted.
- On the website: open My Kitchen, then Manage subscription, and choose cancel. It takes one tap.
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Grams to Cups.
- On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Grams to Cups.
Where did I pay?
Your receipt says who charged you:
- Dodo Payments for purchases on the website (including local-currency prices).
- Apple for purchases in the iPhone app.
- Google Play for purchases in the Android app.
Wherever you paid, Plus works everywhere you sign in with the same account. You never need to pay twice.
Restore Plus on a new device
Sign in with the same account and Plus comes back on its own. In the app, you can also tap Restore purchases in My Kitchen to re-check an App Store or Google Play purchase.
Free trial
The 7-day trial needs no card. When it ends, Plus simply stops unless you choose to buy it, and you keep everything you made.
Refunds
For a website purchase, email support@gramstocups.io with the email on your receipt and we will help. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in their stores: use Report a Problem for Apple or the order page in Google Play.
Export your recipes
In Recipes, choose Export to download a backup of every recipe on this device. Recipes kept only in your browser disappear if you clear its data (Safari can clear it after weeks of not visiting), so export, or save them to your free account.
Delete your account
In My Kitchen on the website, or My Kitchen → Account in the app, choose Delete account. We delete your saved recipes and their photos, your Plus record and usage, and your sign-in. A website subscription is set to end at the close of its paid period, so you are not charged again.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are run by Apple and Google: cancel them there as well (see Cancel Plus). Payment records stay with the payment provider for tax and refunds.
Photo scans and your privacy
Before your first scan we ask for permission, because the photo is sent to OpenAI to read the recipe. We ask OpenAI not to store it, and we keep a photo only if you save it with a recipe. Read more in our privacy policy.
A number looks wrong
Every answer comes from one weight per US cup, spooned and levelled (how we calculate). If something looks off, email support@gramstocups.io with the page and the ingredient; we check every report.
