Frequently Asked Questions

tsp is teaspoon (5 ml) and tbsp is tablespoon (15 ml) — a tablespoon is three times a teaspoon. In older cookbooks a lowercase "t" means teaspoon and an uppercase "T" means tablespoon, so the capitalization matters.
